Throw Down®
Our signature format! If you're looking for a true high-cardio dance fitness format, this is the class for you. Throw Down features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip-hop throwbacks and top hits. The newest routine is the only routine broken down before jumping into a cardio-packed playlist.
Sculpt Weights
We love to dance, but we're going to make you strong, too. Strengthen, lengthen and tone with our weight-based classes, ideal for enhancing muscle definition and endurance. Most routines are stationary and are choreographed with the beat and tempo of music. We use different equipment like benches and bands to bring you a wide range of lifting and toning exercises. Stick with low weights for less impact or bump them up for a solid pump.
Sculpt Circuits
Engage in dynamic circuit training using varied equipment to boost your overall fitness and agility. In the circuits class, you'll move around the room from station to station while targeting many muscle groups. This class combines plyometrics, HIIT, and functional exercises to improve endurance and overall physical well-being.
So Fly Step
So Fly Step is the newest fitness format to hit our studio floor. This hour long class includes choreographed step aerobic routines to a hard hitting, hip-hop playlist. The instructor will demonstrate each routine before pressing play, so you’ll know what to expect throughout the hour. Choreographed with all skill levels in mind, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to relive their step era or try something new!
